Refund and Returns Policy

At Crown Diamond Cleaning Services, we are committed to providing exceptional cleaning solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and our process for addressing concerns.


1. Refund Eligibility

We aim to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our service, please inform us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment, and we will take the following actions:

  • Re-Cleaning: We will revisit your property to address any areas of concern at no additional cost.
  • Partial Refund: If the re-clean does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Full Refund: A full refund may be issued in extreme cases where service was not rendered as agreed upon and corrective actions are not satisfactory.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The client provides inaccurate information regarding the service area or scope of work.
  • Additional services requested beyond the original booking are not eligible for refunds.
  • Missed appointments due to lack of access to the property or incorrect scheduling details provided by the client.

3. Booking Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations: Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Process for Refunds or Re-Cleans

To request a refund or re-clean, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at 905-246-5523 or email support@crowndiamondcleaning.ca within 24 hours of service.
  2. Provide details of the issue, including photos or documentation if possible.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.
